Phoenix, AZ (October 6, 2006) - Antenna Technology Communications Inc., a provider of commercial satellite communications systems, today announced that it has completed its contract to design, integrate and install a complete uplink teleport for AGH Media Group -- AXA TV. ATCi provided a fully redundant, state-of-the-art system that will allow AXA TV to broadcast regional Romanian programming across Romania and Europe.

ATCi handled the scope of the project from turn-key design and integration to installation and testing. ATCi’s uplink included the entire teleport package featuring: antenna, amplifiers, encoders, modems and as well as custom design, integration and implementation.

“The events taking place right now at AXA are pioneering in Romanian communications--this teleport represents a national priority and is the first of this model and type to be used in Romania and Eastern Europe,” said Denis Repka, Business Development Director, AXA TV. “The ATCi Uplink is a top quality, affordable system, and we were extremely pleased with their service and engineering support,” Repka concluded.

AXA currently has transmission frequencies on Intelsat 902, and is broadcasting across Europe, North Africa and part of the Middle East.
